Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms had every amenity I needed and were extremely clean. The staff was great, offering comfortable facilities with a fine view of the surrounding area. The location was perfect for walking around the shopping district and enjoying wonderful food. However, the dining could start a bit earlier for those planning early outings.
The hotel is located in a convenient area for travelers and is within a short walking distance to the JR station. The rooms, although spacious, lack a mini kitchen, but offer decent comfort at a more affordable price compared to central locations. The service is friendly and accommodating to English-speaking guests, although some staff members may come across as rude. The dining, starting at 7 am, offers good value but may not suit early risers. The location in the vibrant shopping district makes it perfect for exploration, with easy access to Tokyo and Yokohama.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were great, offering comfortable facilities and a lovely view of the surrounding area. However, it was missing a mini kitchen which resulted in limited table space. The staff provided excellent service, helping with travel tips and catering to our needs despite a minor booking mix-up. The location was convenient, close to Haneda Airport and many local attractions. Dining options nearby were tasty, but an expanded menu would have been appreciated. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
